5.  I undertake full legal responsibility for the authenticity and originality of all audio content on BharatSounds.com and indemnify any party acting in reliance on this declaration against any third-party intellectual property claims arising from the said content.

6.  This declaration is made voluntarily, in good faith, and with full responsibility, as a statement of truth and integrity, intended to establish trust and to be relied upon for all lawful and official purposes.
