1. Delivery & Access

Upon successful purchase, files are made available through your “My Account” section.

Each purchase includes:

  • Up to 10 download attempts
  • A download validity period of 60 days

Delivery is considered complete once the download link is made available in your account.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Downloading files within the allowed timeframe
  • Maintaining secure personal backups

Refunds are generally not applicable for:

  • Failure to download within the allowed limits
  • Expired download links
  • Lost, deleted, or misplaced files after delivery

  • The affected portion exceeds approximately 5% of the total duration of the recording

If these conditions are met, you may request:

  • A replacement with another sound of similar value, or
  • A refund

4. What Is Not Considered a Defect

The following situations generally do not qualify for a refund:

  • Minor artifacts, background noise, or environmental elements inherent to field recordings
  • Brief or momentary glitches affecting less than 5% of the total duration
  • Natural variations from real-world recording environments
  • Personal preference concerns (e.g., “not what I expected”)
  • Incorrect selection or change of mind after purchase
  • Compatibility issues with specific software or workflows (unless the file is technically corrupted)

BharatSounds.com focuses on authentic recordings, and slight imperfections may be part of their natural character.
