Hi, I’m the founder of BharatSounds.com, a venture under ShashiRaj Productions.

I’ve been working as a music and audio professional since 2006—creating background scores, sound design, mix and mastering, and producing music for TV shows, OTT platforms, films, and more. Over the years, collaborating closely with filmmakers, editors, and content creators taught me one simple truth: the right sound can completely transform a moment.

But I also noticed a recurring challenge—especially within the Indian creative ecosystem. Finding authentic, high-quality Indian soundscapes was often difficult. Many available libraries lacked realism, cultural depth, or practical usability for real-world productions.

That’s where BharatSounds.com comes in.

This platform is dedicated to Indian soundscapes in their truest form—ambiences, field recordings, and real-location audio captured across diverse environments. From bustling streets and serene temples to rural landscapes and everyday life, the goal is to document and deliver the sonic identity of India as authentically as possible.

At the heart of this journey is Reenam Jain, whose passion for field recording dates back to 2010. What began as a deep personal interest in capturing real-world sound has evolved into a focused effort to preserve and share India’s rich and diverse audio environments with creators everywhere.

BharatSounds.com is built especially for Indian sound designers, video editors, filmmakers, audiobook creators, and anyone working across mediums where sound plays a vital role in storytelling.

Every recording is captured with care, keeping processing to a minimum to preserve authenticity while giving you maximum flexibility in post-production.

This is not just a library—it’s an evolving archive of India’s sonic landscape.

Alongside this, I also run another venture, CreatorSoundsPro.com, which focuses on a broader range of professional sound effects for global use.

Both platforms operate under ShashiRaj Productions, with a shared vision: to create reliable, high-quality audio resources that creators can truly depend on.
